January 27, 2002

Monday, January 28 -- Framing work continued
along the back portion of the building today.
Overnight rains made the gym floor into a
reflecting pool. Installation of roof trusses
will begin tomorrow—weather permitting.

Tuesday, January 29 -- Work continued today amidst
the raindrops. Mountain snows have stranded the roof
trusses in Utah. It is hoped that they will be here to
begin installation tomorrow.

Wednesday, January 30 -- Steel roof
trusses are delivered.
Wood is attached to the steel trusses in a
staging area in the parking lot. The finished
trusses will be installed beginning tomorrow.
Plumbing in the locker rooms is progressing.
Here work on the showers nears completion.
Framing work continued along the
back portion of the building.
Thursday, January 31 -- HVAC duct materials
began appearing around the site today.
Framing work around the
equipment well continued.
Numerous loads of material were hoisted
into the equipment well today.
Plywood flooring was installed along the back
portion of the building. The 54-foot trusses will
begin bridging this opening next week.

Friday, February 1 -- This 90 foot
truss will span the length of the gym.
Trusses were moved into position
for easy placement next week.

The equipment well will house heating and
cooling equipment. This portion of the building
will not be covered by the roof.
Another area of the equipment well.
This area is open to the air as well.
