November 13 -- After some overnight rains, there was sufficient clearing to allow the pouring of the remaining wall panels. |

the panels were completed by around 10:00 a.m. |

will be little construction activity until the panels are positioned on November 26. |

November 14 -- Workmen remove the forms from around the wall panels. |
