Support Personnel
Our international program has a support structure to give international students living in our dormitories the support they need to be successful.
International Advisor: Pastor Zimdars is the advisor/coordinator who helps the students successfully transition into the academic, social, and cultural life of California Lutheran High School. He maintains regular communication with the students and parents throughout the school year. Working along with him are Mr. and Mrs. Steve and Michelle Ortiz of California Culture Program.
Dorm Supervisors: Two dorm supervisors, one male and one female, are on duty at all times. They tend to the daily needs of the students. International students are responsible for checking in and out with their supervisors.
Academic Support: Students at California Lutheran have special assistance in academic and college guidance. Supervised study halls are available in the afternoons and evenings. ESL class is mandatory for international students upon their arrival on campus.
