Interesting Facts
The Anna's Hummingbird is the most common resident hummingbird all of southern California. The name of this bird comes from an Italian dutchess from the nineteenth century, Anna de Belle Mossena. They have very vibrant colors: males have crowns of bight red on their heads and females have spots of red on their necks and green on their head.
