Natural Range
The Western Diamondback Rattlesnake is found in central and western Texas, south New Mexico and Arizona and into Southern california, and even goes all the way to Central Mexico. Click here to see a distribution map.

Interesting Facts
The Western Diamondback Rattlesnake is the second-largest rattlesnake in North America. They can get up to 7ft. long, but most are 3 to 4 ft. long.They have 'pits' near their eyes to sense warmblooded prey.
